Tired. Feeling dehydrated. I really hope I'm not getting what Nina has, that'd suck.

Been purging and sorting and putting stuff in storage in order to sell my place. I make one area super organized, simple and clean buy my kitchen table is becoming a wasteland of odds and ends that I have yet to deal with. I should do like those organizing show. Three boxes labelled throw out, keep, and charity. That can be later, tonight I tackle my filing cabinet. Only two categories for that, shred or back in the cabinet.

It's usually dead this time of year, but it's super busy! I guess that's a good thing in a stability kind of way.

There is some kind of meeting going on, so there is an unusual amount of noise today. Also, I had three people asking me for stuff in the first half hour of work, which is never good. Just leave me alone!

I was lazy last night and didn't do any!

I had an awesome life drawing thing last night. The model teaches at a school for circus performers, and she hung from the ceiling by ropes and stuff, in all these incredible poses and shapes. The ropes would make her slowly rotate in space so it was a real challenge to do a "good" drawing, but christ, what an experience!

Yesterday was an orgy of self-induced sloth and indifference and I was not happy at the end of it. Today the boss is out so I organized the weekly meeting with a few pointers, and got two employees setting up short training sessions for the rest of the translation team.

like a boss. God, I feel so dirty...

Wow that sounds like quite the awesome life drawing extraveganza!


Only slightly related: The other day I bought something and the old east Indian guy at the store said "What'll it be, boss?" and that makes me feel so awkward.
