:totem1: After having ten days off, and then a two day sick week, this full five day week is painful.

:food: Also, financial discussions during breakfast never get the day off to a good start.

:drawing: Drew some last night, but not as much as I would have liked. I had a setback when the crowquill nib I bought would not interface with the nib-holder I got. Grr!

:rainbow: On the other hand the nice non-rainy weather continues. How pleasant!

I feel like I need to get out more.

:qotd: Got any plans to get out?

:totem1: I've managed to stay busy for the last few days! Usually it's super slow for most of January, but not so for me. So for my coworker though. Weird. Mind you, I have a larger job description.

We just printed a cool image. So cool I may steal the concept for a little piece of my own!

My evening have been a hustle and bustle of prepping my place for sale. I'm whipping out my caulk tonight all over the bathroom.

:food: Nina and I have been having those financial talks recently. Shacking up means putting all of our cards on the table. Need to find out what we can afford and how we're going to split costs and so forth.

:rainbow: There was a gorgeous sunrise this morning, all pinks and red. Which doesn't bode well. I hear there may be snow this weekend. Snow on the weekend is the best time for snow!

:qotd: Not for the next little while. Might get away for a weekend in early February for Nina and I's anniversary. I am housesitting my Dad's for most of next week, which will be a nice break from routine.

Snow, really? I disbelieve!
LATER, UPDATE: There was also a colourful sunset, does that cancel out the Red Sky Morning Warning?

:totem1: Boring. The only thing I have that I feel like doing I can't really do, as it is a farewell card for someone who sits behind me (and is possibly wondering what I am working on, right now).

No matter how you interpret that, you still end up with sticky white stuff in odd places...
