I know photocomics are universally reviled like pixel comics, but I have been getting some big grins from DM of the Rings.

Oh man, that stuff is so nice. Part of me wants to know what the text reads, but I wonder it's better left untranslated.

I was thinking the same thing, that maybe it is best left mysterious.

Not a lot of story, is there? The Japanese seem to love little moments over narrative. The words are generally just sort of titles for the strips. The one posted above says Pedal. This one says Kabocha, or Pumpkin:

stolle bengtsson is one of my favorite comics-i-can't-read. i love the sound effects.
