What did you read this week? I got:
-The last 2 issues of The Killer. It is an amazing French series that is now translated in english. I love it and DFincher just swooped in on the movie rights.
-The New Avengers Illuminati 5 of 5. This is also pretty amazing. It was a good idea for a series that I hope they make into an ongoing.
-Metal Men 4 of 8. Thinking about dropping this book but the art is so awesome.
-Astonishing X-Men #23. Go Joss Whendon Go! My 2nd fav XBook right now.
-Midnighter #13. Kieth Giffen is righting this now but the art makes me want to puke.
-Iron Fist #10. One of my favorite monthly pick ups.
-Y The Last Man #59. I am sad this series is going to end. Boo.
-Lobster Johnson #3 of 5. AMAZING.

I am reading the first book of Buffy by Joss Whedon (I am quite liking it but not loving it).

I didn't realize you weren't liking it that much. Do you think you'd get the next book?

Joss' X-Men is the best thing I've ever read/seen of his, I think.

Before you all hang me though, I have never seen Firefly/Serenity.

I'm reading Torpedo 1936. It's awesome. It's the gritty crime crap I usually hate, but somehow I just love this book.

-Countdown #25
Yes, I am reading this title. There's like twelve plots going on but i'm only interested in the New Gods stuff and maybe the Jimmy Olsen story. I always liked Firestorm so the ending here was pretty cool to me.
-Countdown The Search for Ray Palmer - Red Rain
Awwwful! It is the world from the Red Rain elseworlds books from the 90's where Batman is a vampire. The twist is that Dick Grayson is trying to destroy him. This book was horrid.
-Fantastic Four #551
I liked this. There's alot of standing around talking with future Doom but I didn't get bored.
-Immortal Iron Fist #10
My first issue and I dug it. It's in the middle of a story which is pretty much like any fighting game with wacky fighty characters. The art is amazing.
-Lobster Johnson #3
Yes! I love this comic. I want to wear all the costumes and own all the machines.
-Ms. Marvel #21
Randomly downloaded it. It had a cool monster in it. The rest was forgettable.
-Silver Surfer: In thy Name #1
I think this was okay. The art was nice. At first I thought it was way to effects heavy but I got used to it and I like SS looking super shiny.
-Superman #670
I liked the start of this story but I missed the middle. I liked the end though. Batman was in a robot suit and he was shooting rockets!
-The Order #4
I couldn't read this. I have always Found Barry Kitson's art very boring. And he is the worst at costume design. All I know about Pepper Potts is what i've learned from the popcasts so her being a robot or something was a surprise.
-Thor #3
I loved this! He gets all shitty at Iron Man about the whole clone during Civil War thing. I can't remember what else happened but that was cool.
-Uncanny X-Men #492
Okay I guess. They take every opportunity to show the Professor being sad and there is some fights.
-World War Hulk Gamma War Corps #4
I just skimmed through this. I didn't know it was the end of a mini-series so I was lost and no interest in figuring out what was going on. There was a grey Hulk with a moustache though!
