Seriously Ed. I've been fighting this with trying to scan my friend's work recently.

Sorry, meant to respond earlier.

Seriously, I think it was just luck.

Maybe try scanning as a bitmap and then converting to greyscale?

Last night I was reading a comic for about the third time, and only then did I noticed it was drawn in like 2003 or so by :lonnie: !!!

I had no idea, somebody gave it to me in a stack of minis! ..and there's a sweet drawing of a WEINIE in it. It's a Frank Miller par-o-dy called Gen Eric.

Lonnie, can I post some stuff from it?

By all means.
That made my night Dave. I get so happy about that stuff. The other day I was at a party with strangers and comics were brought up and they asked what I made. And when I told them about some of my mini-comics they knew who I was by my work and owned copies of my stuff. Made me go all mushy inside.

I'm back with more 12-year-old shenanigans!

First up we have this bit of Groo fan art:

Then there was this exciting floor plan for a mall...uh, because I was really into malls at age 12:

And finally this comic from early January 1986, just before the shuttle Challenger disaster. I heard they were sending a teacher up on the shuttle and she would teach her class via TV. This "hilarious" one-paneler was the result:

Ah ha ha! Tim that is so great! You were an adorable kid :poop:

Do American malls really have chapels in them, or did you just want a chance to pray before you buy?

I have never seen one at a mall, only in hospitals. I'm not sure what I was thinking!

There is one at the mall here in Syracuse, but our mall is kind of an enormous monster.

A strange thing: A year or so ago my brother actually drew a comic almost identical to the dog one except his had worms in it. I am pretty sure he wasn't aware of my dog comic.
