:totem1: Seems like a lot of buzzing around this afternoon. I'm not feeling the magic.

:drawing: Didn't get enough done on the weekend. Two days where Manien was working and I had all day to myself and... what the hell happened, Turner?!

 I went to the jam. Passed off a couple of bags of minis from my recent culling, so that felt good. Who's back in town? :brian: :brian: That's right, Brian, THAT guy. Late in the evening there was a page filled with diagrams attempting to explain Chester Brown's :peen: :tgif: technique as shown in the Playboy (or was it I Never Liked You?).

:qotd: How was your weekend? Are you having the cold summer or the hot summer?

:totem1: Due to slowness in my department, I've been cross training and did a whole shift in the Shipping Dept. today. Blllurrrrrgggggg. But there's some big projects on the horizon, so I'm stoked for that.

 Sounds like fun! Is :brian: back in town all permanent like or is he just visiting?

:drawing: I picked up some Andrew Loomis reprints a whiles back, I think I'll study up on my anatomy drawing skills tonight.

:qotd: Pretty good! Roller derby was kind of fun, but in serious need of some event planning. It's hard to tell what's going on, how much time is left in the game and why there was so much whistle blowing going on unless you were REALLY into Roller Derby. But I'd go again. Walked around the Queen's Park neighbourhood after the match where most of the homes have heritage designation. Really nice homes, wish I could afford one!
